Who Hardik Tiwari is, what he has built and how to reach him.

Hardik Tiwari is the founder of Echelar Ventures and Founder and CEO of Proleptic Labs. He is a builder who goes deep on AI security, sovereign and small language models and agentic infrastructure, and works broadly across platform creation, consulting, deep research, procurement and institution design.

The T is depth and breadth: hands-on expertise in a few areas, plus working range across many. The Y is convergence: many domains feed one repeatable method, so the sector can change while the method stays the same. Systems before sectors.

His research includes the Pushdown Context paper on small-model code review and a framework for automated hypothesis testing in research. He has written three books and completed about forty technical builds across AI, security, infrastructure and hardware, and is leading Project Axiom, a sovereign model programme.
